      • Ingredients:
        • 2 medium white onions (sliced)
        • ¼ cup olive oil (+ 1 tablespoon)
        • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
        • 1 yellow bell pepper
        • Lamb leg chops (about 1/4 inch thick)
        • 1 tablespoon dry rosemary
        • 1 tablespoon thyme
        • 2 tablespoons butter
        • Salt and pepper
      • Instructions:
        1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
        2. In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until softened.
        3. Add the yellow bell pepper and continue cooking.
