- Here’s a simple recipe to try:
- Ingredients:
- 2 medium white onions (sliced)
- ¼ cup olive oil (+ 1 tablespoon)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Lamb leg chops (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon dry rosemary
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper
- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add the yellow bell pepper and continue cooking.
- Season the lamb leg chops with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
