- Cook it in a slow cooker for about 60 minutes until tender and juicy.
- Oven-Roasted Silverside:

- Place it in a deep roasting tray along with beef stock and root vegetables (carrots and onions).
- Cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven at gas mark 4.
